Incidents reported relating to RESIDENTIAL property: ELLESMERE PORT EAST Ellesmere Port TownMilton Road – Unknown offender/s (possibly 3) shining torch through door window and messing with key safe. – No entry gained.ELLESMERE PORT WEST ParkgateManorial Road – Evidence of tool markings around the key barrel of patio doors. No entry gained into property. GrangeAtherton Road – During the early hours of the morning an unknown person has tried to open the door to the property using the handle. This has caused damage to the hinge but no entry has been gained.Incidents reported relating to OUTBUILDINGS/GARDENS: ELLESMERE PORT EAST RossmoreMonaro Grove – Access gained to rear garden and shed entered. An untidy search has been carried out, and a drill has been taken.ELLESMERE PORT WEST ParkgateThe Parade – Unknown offender gained access into an insecure outbuilding at the rear of a residential property. ELLESMERE PORT EAST Ellesmere Port TownDarwin Way – Window smashed with a rock.Durham Court – Eggs thrown at property.Heathfield Road – Liquid container thrown at window by passing youths causing it to smash.Exeter Road – Window smashed at a property currently under renovation.Cambridge Road – Window smashed at property.Wellesley Walk – Window at property smashed.StrawberryPloughmans Way – 3 unknown youth approached porch of property before an unknown item was thrown at it, causing the glass to smash. ELLESMERE PORT WEST NestonChester High Road – Loose dog has been chasing sheep in field, resulting in injury to sheep.ParkgateThe Moorings Close – A large lorry has driven across the bottom of the garden at the front of a residential property, leaving deep tyre ruts.Willaston and ThorntonSchool Lane – BT Phone lines damaged on multiple occasions.St. PaulsOverpool Road – Brick thrown through window.Hargrave Drive – rear window cracked having been hit with a piece of stone. ELLESMERE PORT EAST Ellesmere Port TownPrinces Road – Scott Aspect in very dark blue, with orange signage taken from outside corner shop.Garth Road – Report of males on Household Waste Recycling Centre site during the evening. Police attended and the dog located four males in the treeline setting up car batteries, bicycles and other items, possibly believed to have been collected later. – 4 males arrested.Cinder Close – Parcel taken from doorstep.ELLESMERE PORT WEST St. PaulsAlvanley Road - Black and green bicycle, left in the Sutton Beeches car park taken. Incidents reported relating to theft / attempt THEFT OF motor vehicles: ELLESMERE PORT WEST Little Neston and BurtonRomney Close – 2 secured, parked and covered motorcycles approached by unknown offender/s. When they have tried to handle one of the bikes it has fallen over causing damage to its cover. The offender/s have then left. – same time frame/offender. Romney Croft – Secured mobility scooter and motorcycle dragged out of ginnel and abandoned on grassed area. – same time frame/offender. ELLESMERE PORT EAST Ellesmere Port TownWoolam Avenue – Unknown offender/s approach VW Tayron and remove a sensor from behind the vehicle badge.Park Road – During the early hours of the morning an unknown male has gained access into an insecure vehicle (no further details) and carries out an untidy search within before walking off.Brancepeth Court – Insecure Skoda Yeti entered and untidy search carried out with. Packet of chewing gum taken. - Offender was seen on CCTV trying the door handles of other vehicles within the immediate area but no further reports have been received at this time.WhitbyThirlmere Road – Insecure Mercedes C250 entered by unknown male and untidy search carried out. School bag and bank card taken.ELLESMERE PORT WEST Ledsham and ManorHarfield Gardens – Entry gained into Ford Transit via unknown means. Screwdrivers, cash and paperwork taken.St. PaulsMill Lane – Insecure Ford Transit entered via insecure passenger door. Large quantity of power tools, including Milwaukee combi drills, and a reciprocating saw taken.SuttonTalbot Road – CCTV shows an unknown person trying the door handles of a Mercedes CLA45. No entry gained.Bebington Road – Vauxhall Vivaro entered by unknown means. Milwaukee tool bag and Alpha press plumbing press fit power tool taken.GrangeRegent Street – Whilst unloading vehicle an unknown offender has entered an insecure Mercede CLA200 and taken food, money, medication and ipad.Incidents reported relating to DAMAGE TO motor vehicles: ELLESMERE PORT EAST RossmoreWilkinson Street – Front passenger window smashed on a Renault Traffic. ELLESMERE PORT WEST ParkgateThe Parade – Wing mirror ripped off Ford Transit.NetherpoolBailey Avenue – Masonry block thrown at Vauxhall Antara smashing the windscreen.St. PaulsKings Road – 2 separate reports of damage to vehicles- VW Polo has wing mirror forced forward and numerous scratches made on various vehicle panels with an unknown item.
- Volvo B3 damaged when 2 young males riding a scrambler styled e-bike have collided with it. The rear passenger door and wheel have been damaged.
GrangeEarls Gardens – Vauxhall Insignia found with denting to the wheel arch.
